TinyBlast (Preschool Program)

Based on the DANCE1 five core values, our Preschool Program has been designed specifically for children from 2.5 - 5 years of age to introduce them to the world of dance in a fun, friendly and fascinating way.

Mini, Demi & DanceBlast

From Kindy to Year 12, DANCE1 offers a range of styles and classes that are filled with upbeat & vibrant dance moves, always staying close to their ‘family oriented’ philosophy. Skills are age-appropriate and geared towards each age group’s physical & emotional development.

Adult Dance Classes

Classes are structured to incorporate strength & flexibility, choreography & skill building. Classes move at a comfortable pace for all dancers and all moves can be modified to challenge those more experienced dancers or simplified for those starting from scratch.
