Ages 2.5 - 6 years
Based on the DANCE1 five core values, our Preschool Program has been designed specifically for children from 2.5 - 5 years of age to introduce them to the world of dance in a fun, friendly and fascinating way.

Kindy - Year 12
From Kindy to Year 12, DANCE1 offers a range of styles and classes that are filled with upbeat & vibrant dance moves. Skills are age-appropriate and geared towards each age group’s physical & emotional development.

Adults
Classes are structured to incorporate strength, flexibility, choreography & skill building. Classes move at a comfortable pace for all dancers and moves can be modified to challenge more experienced dancers or simplified for those starting from scratch.
