AFTER SCHOOL CARE WAIVER
We are very much looking foward to kicking off our After School Program in just a couple of weeks!
For families who have enrolled their dancer in the After School Care Service, please complete the below form. Waivers are due no later than Friday 30th January.
Only dancers with completed waivers will have permission to be collected by DANCE1 Staff from Monday 2nd February.
